Fabrication
Each year over 1.5 million pounds of raw materials including galvanized steel, stainless steel, black iron, aluminum, PVC and other specialty products are cut, sheared, formed, welded, sealed, assembled, painted and shipped by EMC's Sheet Metal Fabrication Department.
The shop's diversified customer base reflects its ability to service commercial, industrial, residential, distributors and other specialty fabrication of all kinds.

Pipe Fabrication
EMC’s Pipe Fabrication Department specializes in welded stainless steel and carbon steel to 36” in diameter, structural projects, HVAC and refrigeration piping, process piping, and an assortment of plumbing systems, including:
- Chillers
- Sanitary
- Domestic water
- Acid waste
- Storm drainage
- Medical and industrial gases
- Laboratory fluids
Both the Pipe Fabrication and Sheet Metal shops work closely with EMC’s CAD department and utilize up-to-date CAD software to design, cut and fabricate duct and to produce pipe assemblies directly from the client’s drawings.
