EMC’s Special Projects Division specializes in providing unique solutions to complex problems, typically managing small budget new construction, replacements, renovations and retrofits. The Special Projects Division focuses mostly on negotiating jobs that require quick turnarounds and is equally comfortable working with general contractors, construction managers and end-users.
